????problem
Good morning people...
Now I really dont know if this is a win 2K problem or not but here goes,On my 2k machine when I try to access the internet via dial up modem(Diamond 56k supra max external)this morning I get a error 718 and it will not connect,I think this error is a timeout error..I am now using my old pentium 233 win98se machine and it connects just fine,same line as the 2k machine,did spybot,adaware,housecall,nortons AV,nada---The one thing I have done since I was last on line was to downloadand install was mirc.I have removed it now still no go...Any ideas what could be the problem??? TIA... GaryD..
