XP sp2 Log Off Problem - PCMech Forums

eo1bart Member (1 bit) Join Date: Sep 2004 Posts: 1	XP sp2 Log Off Problem I did a clean install of xp home version this weekend, and then installed sp2. Everything went fine even after I reinstalled all my programs. Now I have a problem logging off when there are two user accounts open. If I go to log off/switch user. it works fine back and forth, but if I try to log off completely from a user account, the screen freezes when it get's to the point were it say's "saving settings". Sometimes I can log off, but when I try to connect to the other user account I get an error message "csrss.exe" could not find required file" and a message could not find basesrv Any help would be greatly appreciated.
