Thanks!
Since my last posting I've tried converting the library to iTunes and that didn't help. So I gave up and called Sony explained the problem and their customer support is retarded. I then decided to go ahead and use the touch pad for a while and see how that goes. I have no idea why but that fixed it. I went to Logitech's website to look for a new driver for their mouse and they had one posted there, but it was the one I already had. I'm at a loss but I'm thinking of trying a different brand or model of mouse to see if it will work out.
Thanks for all the help everyone! |

Glad that you found what it was, try calliong Logitech and checking with them, especially if another mouse works better( if you are going to try one) |

Logitech's software sucks up resources and installs spyware - try uninstalling Mouseware and using the default Windows mouse driver - you will have full 2 button plus scroll wheel functionality. The touchpad driver will even work with a Logitech mouse if you have the touchpad driver installed.

beside the Hicup I had some other strange problems with my board. And what unexpectedly helped me was to reset the BIOS settings to default. I tried to set the values manually back to the defaults but that doesn't seems to work. So then I just tried this out and it really works. Now I have connected a USB Logitech Trackball and no hicups at all. Strange but true... kind regards zero_cool |
