I recently built a new computer with 3.2E Intel CPU and MSI PT880 Neo
motherboard. Computer will boot only to XP logo. Can start in safe mode. Can someone give some help. |

If it ever booted all the way, boot in safe mode and do a system restore back to a date/time when it would fully boot.
