Unhappy Problem adding users from a domain (renamed from "Help" by moderator)

A client of mine just had a virus on their PC, it was called W32/Rbot-AA (http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/w32rbotaa.html) I have got rid of the virus but now I have a problem. When I go to control panel and user accounts, I cant add a new user in, when I click on add, then browse, I get the message "The program cannot open the required dialog box because no locations can be found. Close this message, and try again." Its running Windows XP Pro with SP2.

Thanks

Simon

Try Right clicking My Computer->Manage->Users->New and add from there.

Yeah that works, but I am trying to add a user from a domain in as an administrator on the local PC so he has access to installing software.

After you add the user make him/her a member of the Admin user group.
