Uninstalled SP2

To date, these are the major things I found that went mental from sp2.

1. I lost the ability to do system restore, it still creates default restore points, and I could create manual points, but couldn't access them.
2. My NAV Int Sec prog, stopped doing the 3 weekly scans that were setup and running for over a year. I couldn't get it to work in from the admin account in safe mode.
3. Lost the ability to upload pics to HP site from my camera, I use it at work a lot.

Other than that, it was find I uninstalled it tonight, created a resotr point that I'll try to load Sun I was able to access the upload site, I'll be waiting for a system scan Mon.
I wonder if there was a screw up in the full version of the sp2 upload?
I'm thinking of trying the update sites 75 mb version on another drive before loading it to this one. again. I was also wondering if the streamed CD I made will have the same problemns?
