restarting laptop
I have a Toshiba portege 7200 CTe, one of my apps was not responding so i did the cntrl+alt+delete to end it, and this blue system screen pops up that says :The system is either busy or has become unstable. You can wait to see if it becomes available again, or you can restart your computer.
Press any key to return to windows and wait, or press CNTRL+ALT+DLETE again to restart your computer. I tried restaring, but the thing isn't even responding, its been stuck like this for about 20 mins... and it has a battery, so it's not like i can do an emergency 'yanking the jack out of the wall....' any suggestions?? |

If it won't even shut down with the power button, unplug it from the wall and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then put the battery back in.
