Not able to open programs.

Whenever I try to open a program, it'll pop up asking "Open with" what do I use to open it with? I got these options to choose from:

aim
blindman
cag
CMMGR32
DRWATSON
Explorer
fontview
GRPCONV
hh
iexplore
Integrator
ISIGNUP
KodakImg
kodakprv
mplayer
mplayer2
MSHTA
msiexec
MSIMN
MSINFO32

WScript

or where I go to make everything open with same program

I got AntiVir 9x but I can't open it..

What do you mean by "open"? are you trying to run the program or view the program code.
The list you have posted is a list of programs that will open a file for you.

If IE works, get an online scan from http://housecall.trendmicro.com .

Download Fix-Exec.inf from the bottom of this page

Then, select the file, right mouse, install.

Now that you are up and running again, immediately update your virus defs and do a full system scan.

You most likely were previously infected, and your antivirus removed the virus but did a poor job of fixing the affected registry entries.
