xp startup tweaking

hi i'm looking for a site that tweaks the startup to xp. it was posted here 1 time an i saved the site put have lost it since reformatteing. i checked by searching but know luck. anyone remember?

i dont believe i saw it in there the 1 thing that sounded right was prefetch but not sure.

http://dougknox.com/ - not bad. Has some of the same things as those mentioned above.

I really like BlackViper's site. He has great information, and does a pretty good job explaining why or why not to do certain things. Whenever I install XP, I go there to tweak the new install.
