Where is the XP Restart Icon?

I need the green XP restart icon, and I can't find it in system32.dll or any others.
I've been using icon explorer, but to no avail. Can someone tell me the exact folder I can find it in?

I found this thread using Google, but it doesn't really answer the question, it just tells where to get the icon explorer program. Can anyone help me here?

It's probably embedded in a .dll file just like Shell32.dll

You can do a Print Screen like the attached picture.....
