windows xp preinstallation kit?

here's the os i want to get

I was wondering what that thingy at the bottom was, the preinstallation kit for multiple systems? is this needed or is this an extra sumtin sumtin for the buyer? thanx for ur replies.

You don't need the preinstallation kit, that is only for people who supply many computers and wish to preinstall windows on more than one computer at a time via a LAN. Preinstallation is quite involved and requires the use of a main computer that is hosting the original COPY of the OS and a technicians computer, which the installer uses to tell the main how many computers are connected to the LAN and it also supplies the main computer with the customised logon screen and any applicable drivers for the machines that were just built. If you are atll interested in this I have the pdf instruction file from microsoft.
