Question missing favorites in IE

My favorites have seemed to dissappear....
They were there yesterday and today they are gone. I tried to import them again and only a few imported

Also on Outlook Express, any email with pictures, the pictures don't show up.

Any help would be appreciated...

Thanks

What browser are you using? Have you looked in your My Favorties folder to see if they are all there yet? Have you tried running an updated antivirus as well as Adaware and Spybot? You can do an online virus scan at trendmicro.com.

Fresh install of Win XP SP2 2 days ago. Ran windows update, it downloaded one file. I looked in the favorites folder and they are there. I looked and they were "transparent". I looked at their properties and they were hidden...I went through and "unhid" them.......now they are showing up...
