SIF file corrupt or missing???

I re-formated a computer that ran Win 98 to install Win XP. I made the six 3-1/2" floppy boot disks, they all went fine, then it prompted me to insert the Windows XP home edition cd, so I did, then a message comes up that says

"The following value in the .SIF file used by setup is corrupted or missing:
value 0 on the line in section (sourcedisksfiles) with key SP1.cab"

I am using a re-installation disk from my Dell computer. Is the disk missing the file, or is the computer missing it???
Please help me???

You cannot use a Dell reinstallation CD on a non-Dell computer. Not only is that a license violation, it won't physically install unless it detects a Dell bios.

I have to close this thread due to the forum rules about piracy discussions.
