i am formatting a hard drive that got screwed up and i am looking for someone who can give me a win 95 or 98 cd key i could use

Nobody's gonna give you a key. If you lost your key, you need to contact microsoft, they will give you a new one I believe. Otherwise it's time to buy a new OS.
