Need help removing SP2

Hi all,

I saw somewhere in this forum i think it was from GLC that sp2 can be removed, ok so i went thru safe mode and delted it but i want to have sp1a back and i have it on microsft cd they sent me (the free on) but when i put it in it says something about not having admin rights or something and the only user on this computer is the administartor and thats me no other accounts so could someone tell me how i can get that to work or get back to sp1a ... also i noticed after i removed it under my compter right click properties it said i had sp1 after deleting sp2 , since then ive put back sp2 on till i get this straighten and fiqure out how to make sp1a work again or my cd.

There is really no difference between SP1 and SP1a. Just remove SP2 then go to Windows Update and take all critical updates *except* SP2.
