control panel problem win 98
hello all
i have a pc with 2 way to log in one for admin and the other for user. for some reason as an admin i cant access the control panel which has been put in the start menu under c/ windows but its empty. and for some weir dreasons i have access through c--windows--backup--admin-- etc how can i reverse this i have no idea how it got there but there might be a connection that poledit was used as a login account but not there anymore. though on other pcs but same problem
