different office versions
is there a difference in office xp and office xp pro? i found 2 disks from microsoft, one says office xp sp2 and the other says office xp pro sp3. is there a difference besides the sp number or did i order wrong?
also is there a difference in office 2003 and 2003 EE? thanks.

The "Pro" version has Power Point and one or two more programs. The SPx numbers are just service pack numbers that you get when you do an update.

Pro versions get you Microsoft Access which is a data base program.
The EE could be the Educational Edition, but I have never seen one and at the same time I would be pretty certain they would spell it out rather than just an EE. Sounds like these are burnt copies....???

i seen the EE on the internet but didn't know what it stood for. and didn't know if it was an Extended Edition or something.
the microsoft cds i was talking about are legal. they are the free update cds you order online. i just found 2 of them, the one says office xp and the other says office xp pro. is there a difference? |
