hey guys I need help. everytime I start my computer the fallowing appear on my screen "error loading c:\ program files\wild targent\apps\cda\cdaengine 0400.dll mudule can not be found" what does it mean & how do I get rid of it. Thanks for your help. screenie4311

That appears to be a .dll fault, follow the link and download the program mightymax this will help you establish if it is a .dll fault and help you to solve the problem.

If it's "wild tangent" rather than "wild targent," you should be able to uninstall it in Control Panel>Add/Remove programs. It's software needed to play some online games at www.wildgames.com.

It's considered spyware by both Spybot and Ad-Aware so if it won't uninstall, get either or both of those programs and scan with them. They should be able to get rid of it (if it is "wild tangent," that is)

If after removing Wild Tangent, you still get the .dll loading error on start up, use the run msconfig command and check in the startup tab. Uncheck the Rundll entries and the problem will most likely be gone.
