i have been having problems with alot of spyware lately and had trouble getting rid of it "Look2Me" but i think its gone now, or it will come back again sooner or later..
anyways, i left my PC on with an internet explorer window open and when i came back to my pc a few hours later it was on the "Logon" screen and when i got back on my IE windows were still open as i left it, why is it there when i was already logged on before i left the computer? this happend yesterday i think.. either that or the computer just shut off itsself.. any ideas? |

Look in Power Options as EzyStvy suggests and find the Advanced tab. Uncheck the box "prompt for password when computer returns from standby". Next time you leave your system running unattending for a long period and it goes into standby you won't return to the logon screen. You'll return to where you were.
