Win 98SE processes

I'm working on a windows 98 computer. Is there a way i can view the processes that are running on the computer? In XP i can access the these through the task manger ctrl+alt+del click on the process tab but in 98 there is no tab. What do I need to do to access those processes.

You have given a nice and quick tip to access the System information instead of going all the way from start-programs-accessories-system tools-system information.

Thanks
