ME no desktop icons
A friend gave me a Gateway Laptop with ME on it. When windows loads it will not show any Icons on the desktop. All the programs are in the desktop folder. When I run MSCONFIG the it pops up "UNABLE TO LAUNCH REGENV32.EXC". Then when Cnfig utility comes up it is on selective startup and when i can to Normal and apply and reboot it is back on selective startup.
any ideas Thanks |
