Windows XP: Pro vs. Home

Hey fellow board members,
Sorry if this topic has been covered, but I couldn't find it..

What are the main differences between WinXP Pro and Home?
Should I choose to install Pro over Home edition?

thanks in advance.

XP Pro supports multiprocessor systems, has built-in remote desktop, file-encryption, and other security-related features. And it can log into a domain (actually, there is a way to teach XP Home how to do that).

If you need the features of Pro: Yes
If you don't need the features of Pro: No
