I am not sure, but I know Nero, and possibly other programs, has an option to make a CD bootable.

Thanks for being so quick wtbf even though I shouldn't have posted here.
I just downloaded a bunch of diagnostic programs, my latest craze, and they'll be more useful if I can put them on CDs. |
