Can`t remember how to do this but I know there is a way to put in a username and password when the enter network password window pops up when I boot up, without having to do it each time I do boot up. I am using 98se. Thanks for any help.

Believe you can also eliminate the password prompt by going to Networking in Control Panel and selecting Windows Logon instead of Client for MS networks. This will work as long as you've not previously created a password.
