memtest 86 problem

I can't get it to install. It comes zipped and when I unzip it and clik the install icon, I get the message from windows that it has an unknown publisher and won't install. How do I fix that.

Log in as a user account with Administrator priveleges:

Go to Control Panel > System > Click on the Hardware tab
In the section drivers > Click the Driver Signing button > Now select the second option : WARN - Prompt me each time to choose an action and then check the Administrator option (Make this option the default).
Click OK's through the screens...

What you've done is to let windows install unsigned drivers, with a warning, rather than outright blocking unsigned drivers.

The problem is with my daughters PC. She uses Printmaster to make church bulletins and school work. She's a teacher. She has been getting blue screens at times, most of the time, when she's working with Printmaster, and only that program. She gets a error and then blue screen. Then has to reboot. I finally got the memtest to work but it checks out fine. I've checked MS knowledge base, started after SP2, but nothing. Can't get Printmaster.com to load. ??? Know of anyone else having problems?

In order for us to help you with documented errors, tt would help to know the exact error message or at least the version of PrintMaster that is being used here . Or google for documented errors with PrintMaster.
