XP SP 2 questions
Ok have sp 2 installed have a router do I really need another firewall? I have McAffee 7.0 do I really need another virus scan? Any help suggestions or opinions appreciated.

You don't need a software firewall to be safe since there is a firewall in your router. If you want to have control over your programs, which ones may go online and which don't, you do need a software firewall for this.
I heard McAfee isn't good, so I'd get a good freeware Antivirus, like AVG or AntiVir. RJ
