greedo Desktop center stretch tile

When I place a new picture on my desktop it always wants to stretch or tile is there a tweak where it will only center the picture because I get tired of going into properties and changing it all the time. And I never use the tile or stretch anyway.

in display properties, on the right of where you select the desktop there is the option "position" and a drop-down box. select center from the box and hit ok.
