Share Application within 2 Operating System

I recently build a new computer. I install 2 Operation System in 2 different parition. I also have one more parition to save application. I wonder how would i be able to share application between these 2 Operating Systems. So I don't have to install the application twice. can anyone help me or give me a hint

you will need to install the program on each O/S, they will not share on the same computer.

It will actually only be installed once if you direct each installation to the exact same path ("over the top"). The purpose of installing it twice is to put the system files and registry entries into each OS.
