Full Administrator Rights for XP.

I recently built a P4 computer and installed Windows XP Home. I would like to know:

1. How can I tell if I have full administrator rights???

2. What can I do to get full administrator rights to my new PC?

(When I initially installed XP Home, I did not set-up and passwords.)

Please help!!!

Go to the Control Panel > User Accounts > take a look at your username it should describe the type of account below it.
By default, the user accounts created newly on XP are administrator accounts.

For your own safety, I would suggest that you create an account password for your accounts.
