Question xp/sp2 slipstreaming?

I hear people say that when you install sp2 you should slipstream it and make a new xp cd with sp2 intergrated? how do you do this??

I had to reformat a pc twice in a week and had to do all the updates seperately and then install sp2 again, twice, all because of a mis-figure anti-virus software that I only figured out after the fact....thanks Terry
