Go to: HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Keyboard Layout\Preload\
You should see something that looks like: 1 - REG_SZ - 00000409 .. double click on the key and change the value to: 0000080C for the Belgian Period keyboard or 0001080C for the Belgian Comma keyboard layout (These values are available from: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layouts). You can also tweak the hotkey (or re-assign one if you removed it before) to switch between kb layouts by going to CONTROL PANEL > Regional and Language Settings > Languages Tab > Click the Details button in "Text Services and input Languages"; you should see the kb's that you have installed .. select one and click Key settings; you can now assign shortcuts to switch between keyboards. |
