Question Windows 98 SE and ActiveX

I've read several articles that mention Windows security problems related to ActiveX. Is this an issue in Windows 98 SE, or is ActveX something that is not part of 98 SE? I'm not sure that this is something I should be concerned with. Thanks...

I believe it is part of 98. If you are worried about it then use an alternate browser, such as Firefox (which recently went 1.0).

ActiveX is inherent to internet explorer, no matter what version of windows, although I think it is disabled by default in xp sp2
