program "vssps.exe rerun" won't stop

I am running win2k and am using StartupMonitor. If you are not familiar with it, it will send a pop-up whenever a program attempts to run at startup. The program *vssps keeps attempting to run at startup and I cannot get it to stop. As soon as I deny it, it attempts again. The executable is supposed to be located at

C:\WINNT\Help\vssps.exe rerun

I think the name explains why it keeps attempting to run. I cannot find this file at that location and I have all files visible. Is this a virus or a legitimate file? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am at my wit's end.

I don't know what it is, but one thing for sure is it is not a w2000 file.
at least I can't find it in my w2k system
I googled it and it says it is a view single post stopper.
what ever that is.

Have you scanned for viruses and spyware?

Norton AV does not pick it up. Spybot S&D does not find anything. I am also running spyware blaster. All are updated. I can't find the file in the location stated above and have no idea what it is.

You might want to consider posting a "highjackthis" log to see if anyone recognizes anything.
