Need help in XP on sound issue
Awhile back I posted that I had worked on a friends PC and she had great sound but had no sound cabling from her drives to her soundcard with sound cables. I was told that XP could utilize the IDE cabling for sound and told where to set this up. I now want to return to using cabling to the drives, but forgot where I made this change! Can anyone help?

I believe what you are looking for is in the Device Manager. Right click the drive>Properties>Properties Tab>Untick "Enable Digital Audio...".

Don't think that is what I'm looking for. That check box is checked by default. I made a change.
