Xp Help Please!!!
I installed XP on ym machine in about May of this year and it was working well for me. Recently though, I seemt o have fallen down a snowy hill, becuase I now have more problems with my comp than I can deal with. My main problem right now is that I can not use the search or other system tools like System Restore. I need system restore right now due to the accidental deletion of important term papers for school. I also am having problems with my computer being slow. ************************************************** I'M GOING INSANE!!!!! Please some on help. I've run my anti-virus program, no viruses and i ahve multiple spam blockers. Can anyone help me?

System restore will not restore data files, just system files. You need a file recovery program.
Scan it for spyware with Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D. |

Hello Glc
Recently I replaced Win98 with WinXP in my computer and I didnt face any problem during installation of WinXP but few hours after using WinXP, suddenly I started to get error messeges of restart. My computer is restarting after a timer gets over. Can anyone tell me what is the problem? Regards, |

So what should I do ,can you give me an authentic link from where I could download worm removers?
I was downloading a noadware software from noadware.net but as soon as the download window opened, a warning messege popped up saying that this file could harm or damage your computer because it contains a virus. Iam saving the file in a folder and later I will scan it inroder to check its position. Am I doing the right thing? I dont understand how could a file containing virus be available on such kinds of sites? |
