Limiting logon users to a domain

How do you limit which users can log onto a particular PC that is on a domain?
I’m helping a friend who wants to limit who can log onto one particular PC on a domain. Currently, any user that can log into the domain can log into this PC.

The OS is XP Pro.

In Active Directory you can set the individual users to only log on to certain systems, if the system they are trying to access in not in their approved list they will not be able to log on.
