greedo A couple windows 64 bit OS questions

Hey guys, I just have a couple of questions about the 64 bit OS because I know absolutely nothing about it and I will be getting a amd 64 very soon.

Can anyone get the free version?

Is there more than 1 version offered by windows?

Is the download/burning to the cd method just the same as ordering the cd?

as far as i know anyone can download the trial version here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/6...n/upgrade.mspx

i have no idea how many versions there are but downloading and burning it should get you in the same place as ordering it. if its an iso file then its an "image" of the actual cd and would contain the exact files of the cd you would order.
