What are the system specs (CPU speed, amount of ram, hard drive size and free space)? How much is running in the startup? (You can copy msconfig.exe from a XP box and use it in 2K). Have you done virus and spyware scans?

They areseveral systems with several configurations all with atleast 256megs of ram and 1 gig processors. All have also been scaned for spyware and virues and have the latest updates.

The system is mainly slow ehn its applying settings and network att startup and when you start explorer our outlook. But onces your up and runing the system is fast. Its just a huge pain to wait 20 minutes for the system to bootup.

What kind of network are they on? This sounds like a networking issue of some sort.
