Smile Can I screen print using Windows XP home?

I wanted to know how I could print the screen using Windows XP Home?

On an older computer (Win 98SE), I use a program called Capture Eze - a program of Application Techniques, Inc. In this program, I set-up a "hot key" - Print Screen. When the program is running, all I have to do to print what I'm looking at, on the screen, is hit the: Print Screen key. It sends the info to my printer - no problem. Can I do something similar using Windows XP Home?

Thank you.

Well the easiest way without a program is just to pres the Print Screen key on the keyboard. This copies an image of the screen to the clipboard, you can then paste it into paint or an application of your choice and print it.

You can also use Alt+Print Scrn to capture the active window.

They are both right. Just use the key(Print screen) on your keyboard to capture the active screen.
Just an info you can,t capture the video playing on apps like wmplayer. and the fullscreen of a video(if you want to capture it and save it as a pic).

If you really want to, see if the program will run in compatablity mode.

Right click on the shortcut or exe > properties > compatability. Select windows 98, or if that doesn't work, try 95.
