I have a home-build PC with an Intel Pentium 4, 2.8 GHz processor. I am using Windows XP Home, SP1.
When I built the PC, all was working fine. When I wanted to restart the PC, the PC would restart - NOT SHUTDOWN completely. NOW, WHEN I HIT: START, TURN OFF COMPUTER, RESTART. My PC shuts-down!!! (It's just like hitting "Turn-Off") It never resarts!!! What gives??? How can I correct this problem? Thank you. |
