windows xp hangs on startup please help.

All of a sudden windows xp hangs up when I first start it up after being off overnight. After rebooting it a few times it will start normally and run fine. Until I shut it off for the night. The next day same thing. What is going on? I have reformatted and clean install win xp but it still does the same thing as soon as it sits over night for the first boot. Please Help.

There are a few things that can cause this. Often, disabling certain uneeded windows "services" can help. Please take a look at some of the in house tweaking articles:
