boot menu
I have my hard drive partitioned mutable times and I had 2 copies of windows XP installed at the same time on two different partitions. When I booted up a boot menu appeared that would let me choose between the two partitions. Since then I have formatted the partitioned with the second copy of Win XP because I no longer needed two copies. My problem is when I boot up I still get the boot menu. How can I get the boot menu to stop coming up and have my PC just boot to the only partitions currently with an operating system on it? And if I did have 2 OS’s how can I set one as a default to boot to over another?
Thanks -Michael i |

Control panel, system, advanced, startup and recovery options. Set the one that works to default and then uncheck the box to show the menu.
