XP Home or Pro

My dad just got a deal through his employer, where he gets the Microsoft employerr discount on certain products. We want to use it to buy a copy of Windows XP for the computer I just built my grandparents (currently running on an unregistered install of mine for the time being). We were wondering if we should just buy XP home for their computer, or get XP Pro, use it on my computer, and give my copy of xp to my grandparents. The only place I've used XP Pro was at my school, and I was wondering what were some of the differences between home and pro, and whethere or not it is worth it to get pro over home.

From all the things I have read the most significant difference is networking, apart from that they are pretty similar. I am sure a few people here will have other ideas but for a home computer/network XP home is more than adequate.

pro has more netwotking and security for connecting to a domane, if you do not do that, then xp-home will be just fine.

also, pro supports multiple processors, but that's not likely to be an issue.

The main difference is the networking. Pro has a lot more networking features that Home doesn't. If your using it as a home user, then I would go for XP Home.
