change win xp home from english to spanish
how do i change one of my other user accounts to spanish and keep my admin in english?

i am guessing u would need some language packs...u should be able to get them at windows.com but as far as makeing the admin englsih and the users spanish i have no idea sry

As far as I know Multi-lingual User Interface (MUI) is not available for XP Home.
