How to remove IE?

How can I remove Internet Explorer from XP SP2?

As far as I know there is no way to reove IE from XP.

What are you trying to accomplish?? I see that link will not help you remove it but back it down to a previous version, but I sense you want IE gone forever?? I have seen it done, but I didn't find out how they did it. It was a business and I think I remenber them saying it was a special version or something that they specifically had bought from the vendor to run windows totally without IE..

I am trying to revert my IE to SP1 cause I'm having issues..

No, you have to uninstall XP SP2, that's the only way to revert IE.
