Fuzzy text after installing SP2

Hi everyone,

I recently updated my XP to service pack 2, I downloaded and installed all the required drivers/updates before upgrading. Now that the upgrading has finished, some of the text appears fuzzy, for example, on the start menu, the text that says "start" and at the very top of IE, the name of the website. I downloaded again the latest drivers for my inbuilt graphics ( Intel 82845G ) but the text is still fuzzy. Any advice?

Try disabling Clear Type - if it's already disabled, try enabling it. I believe it's in the display properties, appearance somewhere.

I solved it ealier today, forget to say. I went into Display properties --> Appearene --> Effects ---> "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts" - tickbox -> standard
