Question content advisor?

I recently was at my friends house and his pc is doing something I have not seen....

He called me because he could not get on the net....I got that up for him, the firewall disabled IE

now when I/he navigates he gets a pop-up window that says "Content Advisor" and restrict web pages what is this and how do I delete/turn it off??

I did a search for "content advisor" and it came up with an IE file and I deleted it...then it let him into his email but ask for a password on every web page you try to view or it will not let you...this is 98se

I found nothing in Norton I/S for this parental... and privacy controls are turned off

I am sure this has something to do with Internet Explorer? how do I turn it off or disable it?

If you have the password, you can turn the content advisor off.

Control panel, internet options, content. If he doesn't have the password, he needs to speak to his parents or whoever enabled it.
