My home page stays about:blank every time i restart. can some one help me. when it to google. it works but it just when i reset windows xp

Probably spyware. Suggest runnung adaware and spybot search and destroy.

Search for spyware with Adaware and remove them all.

Make sure 'Work Offline' is unchecked in the 'Tools' menu.
