desktop "adjustment" issue----
when i try to set the horizontal and /or vertical spacing..nothing happens..ie..machine accepts changes but the spacings remain unchanged ( as if something is locked).

I think you need to make the changes in resulation and then make the other adjustmens with the monitor settings
