Hello,
I currently have DirectX 9.0b installed in my computer which mainly functions as a DAW (digital audio workstation), and some small video editing work. Should I update to 9.0c? Will the update improve the performance of my Direct X plug-ins? Regards, Vic |

It's always good to keep DX updated.
As for improving performance, I really couldn't say.

I see no reason to update it unless you have games or other apps that require 9.0c. 9.0b is stable, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Doesn't the 9.0c update fix something in 9.0b? Or somehow make it "better"?

Up to you. I still have 9.0b on my machine.
